Communication Skills for Managers

The art of communication is not, as so often thought, purely linked to what we say to each other or what we commit in writing to each other. Communication begins with how we relate to one another and how we feel about one another.

This course takes an in-depth look at the various ways we relate to ourselves and to others in the world. It examines the structure and effect that verbal and non-verbal behaviour exert in both our business and personal relationships.

Delegates will leave the course with a greater understanding of how they relate to others and how others relate to them. They will be equipped with tools and strategies that without doubt will enhance every relationship whether in the workplace or in their personal lives.
