Regular, effective supervisions are a recognised requirement within many industries and they are designed as a learning and support tool that will provide opportunities for evaluation, feedback and continuous professional development to help workers achieve professional practice. Who is this for?
This workshop is recommended for anyone who is required to carry out supervisions with their staff. It is designed to develop the skills of the supervisor and looks at coaching and mentoring within the context of supervision in order to maximise people’s effectiveness and progression.

- Games in supervision
- Feedback and affirmations
Method
A range of training methods will be used including individual and group exercises, group discussions and tutor-led presentations. Each course participant will receive a comprehensive set of handouts for future reference.
Duration and Venue
This is a one-day workshop that is held at our training suite within the QED Centre on Treforest Industrial Estate. We can also deliver the course at clients’ premises by arrangement (please contact us to discuss this option).
