ILM Level 3 Award in First Line Management

This qualification aims to give practising or potential first line managers the foundation for their formal development in this role. The programme has two primary objectives:

• To assist participants in gaining the basic knowledge required by a manager
• To develop basic management skills.

The qualification is awarded by the Institute of Leadership and Management and successful completion of the Award in First Line Management provides eligibility for Associate Membership of the Institute of Leadership & Management (AInstLM).

ILM Level 4 Award in Management

This qualification aims to give practising or potential middle managers the foundation for their formal development in this role. It is especially suited to those who are aspiring or newly promoted managers. The programme has two primary objectives:

• to assist participants in gaining the basic knowledge required by a middle manager
• to develop middle management skills.

The qualification is awarded by the Institute of Leadership and Management and successful completion of the Level 4 Award in Management provides eligibility for Associate Membership (AMInstLM) of the Institute of Leadership & Management.

Up to 70% funding is available for these programmes of workshops to eligible companies.

All courses featured on this flyer are delivered at our fully equipped training facilities in the QED Centre on Treforest Industrial Estate. Alternatively, by prior arrangement, they can be delivered at customers' premises if preferred.
