INTRODUCTION TO PC's
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
This one-day training session will give participants an understanding of the elements and functions of a personal computer, including an exploration of both hardware and software. During the session participants will receive hands-on training on using the Windows operating system, the mouse, customising windows, file management and troubleshooting.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
The training session is designed for those with little or no existing knowledge of Windows operating systems. It has been developed to offer a broad overview of the workings of a PC and is recommended for absolute beginners.
