Microsoft Training is available in all standard Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and FrontPage. We are equipped to deliver most versions of Microsoft packages.

Qualtech's computer training workshops on Microsofts' software packages are designed to give participants an understanding of the functions of the various packages at different user levels. The workshops are of one-day's duration unless otherwise specified.

• Introduction - Suitable for those who have no existing knowledge of a package or have very few existing skills. A basic knowledge of working within the Windows environment and using the mouse is desirable.
  
  
• Intermediate - Designed for those who have current basic skills using Word, Excel or Access but who would like to learn more features to increase their productivity in everyday tasks.
  
  
• Advanced - Aimed at participants with a very good underpinning knowledge but who would like to learn more advanced and complex features of a package.
