Advanced Modern Apprenticeships (AMA) and Foundation Modern Apprenticeships (FMA) provide financial assistance (100% funded) and specialist advice to companies who wish to develop staff. There is no restriction on age for these programmes.

The employer and candidate enter into a ‘partnership’ with a training supplier and together they prepare an Apprenticeship Training Plan for each candidate. This must include an appropriate NVQ (up to Level 2 for FMA and Level 3 for AMA), Key Skills qualifications, enhancement units and/or a sector-specific technical qualification.

Candidates are provided with support, guidance and mentoring from our specialist advisors and also have the opportunity to attend relevant workshops at Qualtech’s premises.
