WHAT ARE MODERN APPRENTICESHIPS?
- Modern Apprenticeships are for school and college leavers
looking for quality vocational training of the highest level.
- Modern Apprenticeships are for young people who want to continue
their education and training whilst working and earning money.

FUNDING
These programmes are 100% funded (part financed by the European Social Fund through the Welsh Assembly Government).
WHAT QUALIFICATION WILL I ACHIEVE?
You will work towards achievement of a National Vocational Qualification
(NVQ) at up to Level 3 as well as undertaking other training
relevant to your place of work. You will also work towards Key
Skills in Information Technology, Communications, Application
of Number, Personal Skills such as Working with Others and Improving
Own Learning & Performance as well as Problem Solving. The
level at which you work will depend upon the qualifications you
already have. NVQs are nationally recognised standards of competence
in the workplace.
WHAT MONEY WILL I RECEIVE?
All Modern Apprenticeships are real jobs in real companies and,
therefore, you will be paid a wage by your employer.

Modern Apprenticeships are available in a very wide range of occupational
areas. Qualtech offers training programmes in Business & Administration,
Information Technology, Customer Service, Team Leading, Management, Food & Drink Manufacturing
