The Modern Skills Diploma (MSD) is an initiative designed for companies wishing to develop employees working in middle to senior management roles. Participants receive development in the workplace, including individual advice, coaching and mentoring, from our vocationally experienced Assessors to help them achieve a Management NVQ at Level 4. Where identified as a development need complementary workshops are available. This programme is 100% funded (part financed by the European Social Fund through the Welsh Assembly Government).
