INTRODUCTION

A course designed for those who have responsibility for leading or participating in projects. It will equip delegates with the skills essential for successful long and short-term project management. It will enable them to define project success criteria, understand project management terminology, control projects using project management tools and techniques, manage projects effectively and consistently within time and budgetary constraints contribute effectively to projects and understand the essentials of project team-management.
