ReAct (Redundancy Action Fund) is a package of support from the Welsh Assembly Government that will assist individuals facing redundancy to gain new skills, overcome obstacles and improve their chances of returning to work in the shortest time possible. Courses available through Qualtech include Leadership & Management workshops, ILM, Health & Safety and Food Safety certificates and computer training. In addition we can help people to gain a European Computer Driving Licence.

The ReAct fund can contribute up to £2,500 towards the cost of vocational training courses.
