WHO IS THIS FOR?
This workshop is recommended for anyone who wishes to improve the quality of their lives – both in work and elsewhere.
The aim of this workshop is to enable the participant to manage stress through a better understanding of themselves, personality and work practices and consider appropriate strategies to reduce the effects of stress, improving both personal and team performance. It will give participants a complete understanding of the causes and effects of stress, and will also instruct them on very real tools and strategies they can adapt to alleviate stress.
OBJECTIVES
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
