This workshop has been designed for those who are involved in identifying, planning and evaluating training within the organisation.
Effective training and development assists in the achievement of business goals. This workshop examines when and how to conduct a training needs analysis, linking outcomes back to organisation goals and evaluation of addressing training and learning prior to implementation.
This course will give participants an understanding of training needs analysis and the tools and strategies required to help them to conduct and manage a structured training needs analysis.
